We have many options from which to choose; regardless, you're going to have a great time camping at Bellwether.
Campers can start loading-in on Thursday, August 8 at noon. IMPORTANT! We do not allow campers to load in between midnight and 8am! If you arrive between these hours, you will be directed to a tempoary camping spot until load-in resumes at 8am. You have until Sunday, August 11 at 11am to load-out.
XL Camping (up to 6): Included with 3-day ticket purchase!
25'x30' space for up to six (6) people from Thursday through Sunday. There is room for two (2) tents and one (1) car or SUV.
Quiet/Family Camping
You may request a Quite/Family space upon arrival. These spaces are first come, first serve while they last. There is no activity - no noise - permitted from 10pm until 7am. If you disrupt other campers, you'll be be moved or possibly asked to leave.
RV Camping (up to 6): $99 upgrade ($199 upgrade with electric)
25'x40' space for up to six (6) people from Thursday through Sunday. There is room for one (1) RV. And yes, pop up campers are allowed.
Freshen Up Pass: $49
Access to "Freshen Up Lounge" for one (1) person. Includes showers and restrooms. You also have the option of buying a single shower on site for $24.
3-night Parking Pass (Thursday through Saturday night): $30
Only one (1) vehicle is allowed to park at your campsite. If you have others joining you, they can park in the Overnight Lot for the duration of the festival. The overnight parking pass also allows you do come or go as you please. If you have to leave for work on Friday morning, be sure and purchase an overnight parking pass. Please be sure to have cash on hand. Buy your Overnight Parking Pass ahead of time and save!
Bellwether has a general store that sells basic items, various beverages and ice. Hours are Thursday: 12n-2a; Friday: 5a-2a; Saturday: 5a-2a; Sunday: Closed.
The Campers' Village has breakfast, lunch and dinner options. See the mobile app for hours.
Bellwether provides portalets and hand washing stations, but there are no water, sewer, or electric hook ups.
Purchase a Freshen Up Pass to access the "Freshen Up Lounge" for one (1) person. It includes showers and restrooms. Hours are Thursday: 12n-12m; Friday: 7a-1p, 6p-12m; Saturday: 7a-1p, 6p-12m; Sunday: 7a-10a.
Bellwether also provides charging stations for mobile phones and devices as well as a WiFi zone in the Camper’s Village.
For RV’s, an onsite servicing vendor will be available for a nominal fee. More information will be provided at check-in.
Your vehicle will be searched on entry. You can bring alcohol; however, you will be limited to a cooler with 2 cases of beer, 2 boxes of wine, and 1.75 liters of spirits. If you have a generator, it must be smaller than 4KW and whisper quiet. If your generator is too lound, you'll have to turn it off from 11pm until 7am. You are allowed to bring the appropriate amount of propane or gasoline to power grills and generators; however, excessive amounts will be confiscated. Other important rules and procedures:
* Campers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
* Only one (1) vehicle is allowed per campsite.
* If you have an additional vehicle, you must purchase an Overnight Parking Pass and park the vehicle in the Overnight Parking Lot.
* You will receive your campsite in order of arrival. The only way to camp near your friends is to arrive together.
* Head-in parking only. You must pull directly into your site.
* Your vehicle and all items must fit in your site and not encroach on neighboring sites.
* Once you pull into your site and park, you many not move your vehicle until directed to do so during load-out.
Only contained fires are allowed and must meet the following criteria:
* Above ground in approved grills, smokers, etc.
* No larger than 2 feet in diameter
* Must be attended when in use.
* Hot coals are not dumped on the ground or in trash barrels.
One (1) propane/charcoal cooking appliance is allowed per campsite and must meet the following criteria:
* No larger than 2 feet in diameter
* Only in use from 7am to 2pm EST.
* Does not use a flammable liquid as they are not allowed.
* Propane should not exceed 20 pounds or 48 pounds of water capacity.
* Must be attended when in use.
* Hot coals are not dumped on the ground or in trash barrels.
Prohibited Items:
* No pets except for approved Service Animals.
* No kegs or glass containers.
* No illegal drug paraphernalia or drugs.
* No weapons, laser pointers, candles, sky lanterns, explosives, or fireworks.
* No professional still cameras and equipment, long or detachable lens cameras.
* No personal or motorized vehicles (e.g., bikes, skateboards, Segways, golf carts, ATV’s, drones, etc.)
* No aerosol cans or sprays of any kind. This includes spray sunscreen.
Prohibited items are subject to change.
Any interpretation, decision, or enforcement of these rules and regulations is at the discretion of Bellwether staff.
Trailers are not allowed in XL Camping sites.

No smoking, lighters, flammable lanterns, or fires are allowed inside of tents.

Your RV should have a safe and clear egress and contain the following:
* Working smoke detectors.
* Working fire extinguisher.
Do not use portable generators, portable propane heaters, or grills, inside your RV or near windows or vents.
Do not store flammable liquids under your RV.
No draining of gray water or holding tank.
No dumping or leaching of RV waste.
